In my head I always saw this sequence as the opening scene for my film and one of the longer (or longest) segments. I think it is a great way to open the film as it does a good job of establishing both characters as well as the setting.

- Establishing shot, wide angle, morning scene, sound of tea being made can be heard, obvious that it is coming from the house.

- Cut scene to inside house, shot of steam coming out of kettle/tea pot, sunshine with dust particles, kitchen sounds (someone moving around).

- Witch moves into view from right, obscures kettle and cup from view, pours tea and leaves to the left. You don't see her face, her back is to the camera = mystery.

- Front facing shot of witch, slow pan up to show her face, steam rising, slow reveal of her.

- After slow pan she blows on and sips on the tea - still apparently normal girl in morning routine.

-Suddenly cuts to a wide angle to reveal she is levitating while drinking tea - she isn't ordinary.
